I'm just trying to figure out if this is how West Virginia always plays. If so Dana Holgerson would be wise to hire Huggins as defensive coordinator as I'm certain his guys wrap up better.

Geez, I just got back from work and have only been watching for 30 min, but this reffing is sort of ugly, and I'm pretty sure you could shank someone.

The refs are beyond bad. Truly very poor calls.

Awful call and way too long review. Not even sure what's reviewable here, change to incidental whistle maybe?

You know what livens up a tourney game? A 10 minute replay break in the last 2 minutes.

It's really not fair to Huggins to ask him to walk to midcourt for a referee comference. He's not built for that.

I saw a description of Carter that said he'd fully committed to the 1970's blaxploitation star look. I think it's accurate.

These guys are young and will probably recover quickly, but if there was a game that ended in regular time that could take it out of you that just might be it.

We will probably never know, but I do wonder if that will effect the game on Saturday.

We were all wrong about WVU. They were nothing but a bunch of Charles Oakleys who fried their brains on meth. That was a complete shit show. Those guys are fucking awful

Purdue's defensive plan is head scratching... Go under screens and allow mason to rise for uncontested 3s. Then they double Lucas.

You know, I did enjoy the fact that Webber yelling "you don't need a 3 here" coincided with the exact seconds that you could see there was no chance Carter would take anything but a 3.

I completely over valued WVU and its pressure. The Zags are good but I think at full strength the Cats will dictate the tempo and ultimately win. Obviously I think we handle X today in a hard fought game.

Coach SM gets his first FF and maybe more.

Webber thanking West Virginia after the game and saying, "That was BASKETBALL!" was everything. Like right in that moment three dudes in Morgantown who were about to light their couches on fire in rage simultaneously heard that and just started quietly sobbing to themselves.

Do you mean the play wasn't to give Carter the ball, then just stand there and stare while he dribbled for 30 seconds without moving more than 4 feet in any particular direction, then jacked an off balance 3 that was 4 feet from drawing iron?

Then grab the rebound and feed it back to Carter so he could dribble around for 5 seconds without going more than 4 feet in any particular direction before jacking another 3 that barely nicks iron.

Then grab the rebound and feed it back to Carter so he can dribble for another 10 seconds in a perfect circle, again without moving more than 4 feet in a particular direction, before attempting to jack another three that would never have drawn iron, then crossing everyone up by feeding to someone else to jack a 3 that didn't draw iron and wouldn't have counted anyways.

Or by spaced themselves, do you mean that several WVU players appeared to have had their bodies taken over by extraterrestrials?
