Ugh all these reviews slow the game down and are unnecessary
Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
Tate definitely fumbled. But the play was blown immediately dead. Why should USC get the ball?

Problem is play was blown dead so my understanding is the play can't be overturned

And Sam is pushing for the first down...Sam could have gone down a yard earlier.

That's the rule
If they decide it was a fumble you don't penalize the recovering team

Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
This is becoming unwatchable. C'mon
Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
this is ridiculous. Darhnold starts to lead with his head, then goes into a slide. What the hell is a defender supposed to do?

OMG...Stop it. It’s like PAC-12 refs get a bonus for each targeting foul...

Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
Please, please, please, pretty please try a few 4 receiver sets RRod...........get the freaking safeties out of the middle of the field.
Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
No wonder the Pac12 doesn't want to improve P12Net availability or start times-- the rest of the country would realize how awful the games can be.
Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
The game flow in this attrocity might be the worst I have ever seen.
Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
Forget the targeting. USC plays are intentionally extending their hits, rolling over players and then talking shit non-stop. This is by design. I thought only UCLA did this. It's b.s., especially when they stop and review every Arizona player's legal hit for targeting.

Do we not have even 1 intermediate pass play in the entire freaking playbook??? We keep throwing bombs.

Punter is spooked ever since fumbling that low snap in 1st qtr.
Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
USC is clearly physically superior but our play calling leaves much to be desired tonight.
The defense has actually played quite well.

This game is showing the lack of creativity on RichRod's napkin.

This is like the 2009 Holiday bowl. Tate looks pedestrian as fuck.

Shin punting
Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
Not sure if RR can coach these types of games. I can think of only one game that Arizona played well in when Arizona status rose. Each other time has been a big egg, like not even close type of games.dmjcat wrote:USC is clearly physically superior but our play calling leaves much to be desired tonight.

Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
usc has far superior talent across the board, especially on the lines. Not much Tate is going to be able to do in a game like this.scumdevils86 wrote:This is like the 2009 Holiday bowl. Tate looks pedestrian as fuck.
Just really emphasizes our recruiting woes over the last handful of years.

Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
As long as we win vs Oregon St and at ASU, the season will have been a success. If we happen to win the Jack Link's Beef Jerky Bowl against Boise St, even better.
Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
I would love to see Debeers punt the next one........he's supposed to be pretty good.zonagrad wrote:Punter is spooked ever since fumbling that low snap in 1st qtr.

This will be a blow out. Oh well, we should have known it was a mirage.

this is the truth of the matter. get to a toilet bowl and hopefully win it and call the year a rousing successTatetheGreat wrote:As long as we win vs Oregon St and at ASU, the season will have been a success. If we happen to win the Jack Link's Beef Jerky Bowl against Boise St, even better.

I don't think its a mirage..........the PAC12 is just mediocre. We beat several mediocre teams in the recent run.jimson wrote:This will be a blow out. Oh well, we should have known it was a mirage.
Oregon State, Oregon and ASU are all quite winnable. We could finish anywhere from 7-5 to 9-3
Re: Game 9, at USC (2017)
Anyone know when was the last time Alabama had a bad snap on a field goal or punt? Peterson? Seems like the best coaches keep those mistakes away.
