Definitely taking a page from USC and playing their LB splits very wide. Not much room on the edges and Faoli is a guy I wish we would have kept

BTW, considering the new targeting rules, didn't that sorta look like targeting on Elison as he's going down? He didn't have the control that I thought he did on the ball, but it looked like that guy put his head down like a battering ram.

Why can't we recruit defensive linemen of any size? Give me 2 star guys who are at least big, because by the time they're Seniors, they'll be big and decent, but we keep starting these 250-LB shrimps, give up 50-80LBS per man on the OL, and we wonder why we can't stop the run???

This. For fuck's sake, at least blitz. Make Oregon throw the ball once or twice. And on offense, IDK why we run Tate EVERY play. Where are the jet sweeps? The counters? The play action deep balls? Where???

If you want something done, send a lineman after him next play and chop his ass knowing you'll get 15. But at least get something for it.
