Randolph with the lead!!!

Christ, not necessarily his fault, but Pinder on D seems to make us weaker every time. Cats within one though, crunch time these next 3-5 possessions.

Trier playing some serious defense too.
Re: Game 10, vs Alabama (2017-2018)
I saw one drive into the D that seemed a little ill-advised, but otherwise, he's made great decisions on the offensive end. And he's giving lots of defensive effort too.Merkin wrote:Trier playing some serious defense too.

Ristic is having a good game. He is playing better defense. More active.

McKale seriously disappointing... Miller actually had to encourage them. I'm out here in Eastern time... wake the f up!

These refs are calling the game way too tight.

*facepalm*
During a January 15, 2015, broadcast of a Colorado-Arizona basketball game on ESPN, [Dave] Pasch stated that he did not believe in evolution, after being given a copy of Charles Darwin's The Origin of Species by fellow broadcaster Bill Walton.[5] Pasch cited irreducible complexity, a pseudoscientific theory rejected by the scientific community at large.[6]

Good win over a tourney team. Are we back in the top 25 next week?

You know what is scary. He still has a lot of room for improvement.Main Event wrote:Deandre is the best player we've ever had and I really don't care what anyone says

I think we should be. We're definitely improving.TatetheGreat wrote:Good win over a tourney team. Are we back in the top 25 next week?
“The reality is that the hardest games to win are over teams on their home court. Teams that don’t play those games can spin it however they want, but what they’re saying is, ‘We don’t want to lose in our non conference season.’" - Sean Miller

Re: Game 10, vs Alabama (2017-2018)
The Cats just beat 3 tourney teams in the last 3 games. One at home, one on the road, and one on a neutral court.TatetheGreat wrote:Good win over a tourney team. Are we back in the top 25 next week?

The legal internet streams (Sling TV) are about a minute behind the live ones. Even Arizona Live Stats is ahead of the internet streams.qwertyus wrote:Why tempt fate? Game's not over yet!TatetheGreat wrote:Good win over a tourney team. Are we back in the top 25 next week?

I was watching on Xfinity. Still behind? That's some BS right there...Merkin wrote:The legal internet streams (Sling TV) are about a minute behind the live ones. Re: Game 10, vs Alabama (2017-2018)
The ceiling for this team will be determined by our ability to close out tight games. That means recognizing match ups and playing to that advantage. It doesn't mean calling Allonzo Trier's number every time. Trier needs to pick his moments. If he can turn into the type of player who knows when to defer when he doesn't have a shot, we've got a chance to go far. This team needs to play unselfishly and understand who the best players are on the court. We need to go through the progression of going to Ayton, and then moving the ball to the open man. If we can rely on PJC, Randolph and Alkins to make those open looks then the sky is the limit. We can't get predictable.

CBS sports box score does not list Alkins at all.
