Reminds me of Lute bringing Jason Terry off the bench.
But Lute generally had a better bench than Miller anyway.
It's a 1-and done era problem. I think Duke gave exactly zero minutes to their bench the 2nd half of a recent game lol.
True, when Lute had long time NBAers Sean Rooks and Jud Buechler on the bench as gumbies, then you have to realize that the game was a lot different then.
I know it’s only Wazzu but I’ve got this feeling that we’re turning a corner here and really progressing...of course having Rawle back is HUGE! Seriously though....can’t wait to see us at UW.

Don't they play 100% zone? I think UW will be a close game.

Yes, and it's a Jim Boeheim matchup zone. (Huskies new HC Mike Hopkins played for him at Syracuse.)

Yep. And that's why he's a liability against really good opponents. If he can't take an open lane and finish with a layup, then what? No excuse for him not going quick to the rim with a lay in.

Don't ya just know we'll come out cold and shoot in the high 40%, just to keep it interesting. And remember, this game isn't over yet, lol.

i imagine he thought someone would come over and swat him if he tried to shoot it.
PJC scared of ghost defenders now? Nobody was within 3 steps of him... It looked like the easiest layup from a terrible defensive lapse, and he didn't make them pay..

Uc Davis won by double digits, furd by 9, 5 or less for the other losses
Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.
-Norlander.

So only when we're up by 30 points will the refs concede that our opponents can actually foul our 7 footer.

LOL! PAC12 refs never change! Big bad Randolph with the ticky tack touch offensive foul. I assume a moving screen? AKA, he existed and a WSU guy touched him?

I'm actually looking forward next year to being a fan with lowered expectations, purely for my own emotional security.
