63 Days Coach Demetrice Martin
Martin is the Wildcats new cornerbacks coach. He played football at Michigan State (1992-1995) where he was initially a wide receiver and became an all-conference cornerback. After college Martin spent one year with the St. Louis Rams, one year in the NFL Europe, and 2 years with the Arena Football League. He began his coaching career as a high school coach in LA, then several junior colleges (including Mt Sac), but has spent the last decade in the PAC-12 at Washington (2008-2011) and Ucla (2011-2017) coaching DBs and corners. He steps into a great situation with 2 very strong starters and a group of talented back-ups. A huge bonus, Maitin (or Meat) is considered one of the best recruiters in the west.
63 was our highest scoring game last year against UTEP.

Greta recruiter, kids like him more than the school they choose, but not a good coach. We do seem to be missing an ace recruiter on staff though
