this team is so talent-deficient that it needs a gimmick to compete.

on both sides of the ball.

maybe triple option on offense, and sneak a 12th(or maybe 15th) guy on the field on defense?

Yeah and not only are they from RR's system, they're low rated guys from his system.

I know there are diamonds in the rough, but a team full of low rated guys aren't all diamonds.

If we can get our talent level up to middle of the pac12 it should really help.

I would not mind subbing someone in for Tate. He is not a passing QB. And if he can't throw the ball, no reason to have him in there. He sure as hell won't run it.

I agree. To me, it also looks like he is scared to get hit. Goes into panic mode every time he is about to get hit. Really strange for a guy that used to welcome contact.
