Get through this weekend and they have a pretty good shot. @WSU, Home to the Mountain, Road to the Bay and home to Oregon's. As light as could possibly be.

I don't think anyone ran the table in the Pac-10 era either. We went 17-1 like 3 times (fuck Adam Spanich).

Not sure how many times UCLA ran the table in the Pac-8.

Not a real big fan of Walton and Pasch, except in blowout games, which this appears to be.

First time UA has not been favored at home since ???

We're way to inconsistent to run the table. I'm guessing we split the Arizona trip and lose another game we were projected to win.

I feel the same way and it's only going to get much worse before it gets better. I'd hate to see our program turn into UNLV post Tarkanian but that's about what I'm expecting.

If we could just cut out the TO's (from the lazy high school level passes) and make a few jump shots we could win this thing.

In and of itself I still dig this team for its grit. There is a sort of liberation from suffering in watching it. The program in totality is torture but when watching the games my heart rate is no longer jacked to the max as when we are ranked and there is so much emotional expectation.

Very true, Cats aren't very talented, can't think of a worse team, but they never give up.

It's the little things: Ira makes a typical TO under the rim but then runs the court and makes a block at the other end. I dig that. I'm an underdog kinda guy. It's cool to have a star. Elite categories are alluring, but in the end they're largely illusions that don't gut it out.

^^^This^^^ When good Coleman shows up he is golden at it. Otherwise, aside from Jeter, our paintplay makes me cringe on O and D. That last UW drive to the basket at 1:40 shows how we get beat on the perimeter and then in the paint when Jeter isn't on the court. We're just out-manned.
