So, our game is at the same time as the NBA All Star game. Nice scheduling Larry.

Larry Scott is the absolute worst but he had nothing to do with scheduling this game

Let's be honest about the number of people who will watch this game.

(admittedly, I'll be there).

I watch every basketball game, generally to completion.

8pm football games I watch, but rarely until the end.

Whether I watch is never a function of interest but rather one of potential emotional consequence. For a while after the Illinois game I'd go to my car and listen to IMG radio simply in hopes of blunting the sensory residue. I always bear witness but the nature of such is determined by my tolerance for suffering at the given time. Tonight.... no problem. Next year, if we get the incoming class without being destroyed by our ever lingering curse, I'll be a nervous fucking wreck.

Not sure how the Cats cannot be discouraged scoring 2 points in 5 minutes

The threshold of disappointment is breaking 20 by the half.

No idea how Cats can only be down 11 shooting 35% when Utah is shooting 83%.

Just like the Utah game, keep it close but then get blown out end of game.

Luther closing out on a 3 pt shooter is a guaranteed blow by basket.

I really wish Randolph would've made those free throws to shut up the "FBI" crowd.

We have left 6 points at the line in a 7 point game

The only positive is that the guys didn't give up.

I still have the fantasy where Brandon Williams comes back healthy and Randolph suddenly finds his shot in T-mobile arena.

Can you imagine a college basketball team that has to depend on Ryan Luther and Dylan Smith for its scoring?

Can you imagine a team that gets slapped with sanctions and doesn't have Luther or Smith to make shots :ugeek:

I listened to the first half and a half while I plowed my driveway, now I'm watching. This is a rough season
Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.
