Kansas City going to their 1st super bowl in 50 years. I remember that game because I lived in Topeka, KS at the time. I'm guessing they will face off against the Niners. Should be a helluva game.

I watched Len Dawson, Otis Taylor, and Jan Stenerud dispatch the Purple People Eaters (that's Karl Eller, Alan Page, Jim Marshall, Gary Larsen, for all y'all kiddies) back in the day. But of all the badasses on the Vikings, no one, and I mean no one, was tougher than Joe Kapp. When that motherfucker ran the ball he put middle linebackers into comas. He made Bud Grant look like Richard Simmons.

Same, I lived in Topeka at the time and was a huge Len Dawson/Chiefs fan. Of course, I was only 8 so sports and race cars were the only things kids cared about back then. Fun game to watch tonight. Too bad the niners just kind of folded in the end
