Shows lack of discipline on the team, and if you can't enforce discipline due to poor backup players you lose the team.

You say that until his backup gets beat over the top and loses the game. Unfortunately it is a no win situation IMO.

My main point is that no coach tells players to be idiots and I doubt the coaching staff just ignores it when it happens. Therefore, I don't think it reflects on coaching. Its just dumb players.

I didnt hear them announce the 2 fouls, just the sideline one, which is where my confusion came from I guess.
