Who knows but it just seems unlikely (to me anyway) that a show cause penalty would be given to Miller when it was his rouge assistant who committed almost all of the violations. Sure the lack institutional control is the catch all violation but given they fired Book early in the process should take that into account.

Just looking at NC State as an example. Former HC Mark Gottfried was given a one year show cause by IARP due to his failure to monitor ex-assistant Orlando Early.

Maryland or Georgetown. Either one he will do very, very well at. I'd imagine he prefers Maryland but I think he could unseat Nova as top dog in the Big East whereas Maryland has some oddities relative to the conference they are in.

Was thinking UNLV might be the only job Miller would consider out West, if it opens. Otherwise, yes, the better opportunities are out East.

Miller at UNLV would turn my love for him into hate really quick…..that POS program doesn’t deserve a great Coach like him….please oh please hope that never happens. Go East CSM!

Really hard to make a true splash with a hire, unless you're a bona fide elite program.

I don't know why they wouldn't. (Also don't think Miller would go back)

Xavier is a school that either has good coaches who leave for bigger schools, or bad coaches who get fired.
