You gotta win these kind of games to win a National Championship.

Arizona State might have the most surprisingly anemic history in men's basketball of any program that you might think is better than it is.

Hell of a competitive game by TCU!! They were under-manned and played their asses off!!

Well that was stressful.

The good news we move on. The bad news (I mean it's good for him of course) is that I can't possibly see how Kokoko isn't late lottery by now. I mean elite++ on D and Meh + on O at 7'1" and with that switch out ability. He's what Orlando thought Mo Bamba could possibly be.

And this Ben kid might be good too.

Kerr didn't shoot well, but was much better at keeping the offense flowing. If he can get his legs back I think we are in a great spot. Just glad he was able to give it a go.

do ppl not realize how much worse az is when he plays? he is the only player on the team under a +10 net rating. every rotation player on the team is between +20 and +25, Dalen is + 30. He shoots 36% from the field, cannot make a layup, and is the worst defensive player on the team. he is the 3rd best pg on the team and gets the 2nd most minutes on the team, doesn't make any sense

So another players equal fans argument? Jesus Christ. And a few knuckleheads in the stands, which we obviously have too, makes it ok to act like we haven't been there before? Just win and don't act like dicks. Quiet confidence is what we need. Be like an assassin and pull their fucking heart out. Then leave quietly. That is how you win a National Championship.

I was disappointed with the lack of sportsmanship. Did the TCU fans do something to warrant the UA players rubbing it in?

We effectively won without Tubelis; with half of Kier; with half of Kriisa.

so you're telling me that kier scored twice as many points in half as many shots in half the playing time. kerr had so many open lanes any competent pg would take for a layup (prob because they know he'll never actually take any). but my point wasn't even to play kier over him, play dalen at pg more often, he is by far the best pg on the team

I didn't see the Arizona players acting up at the end of the game but if they did that needs to be addressed by the staff and I'm sure it will be. What I will say is C-Lo had a right to use the too small sign after the last dunk because he was getting it all night from the TCU player. That guy averages 5 points a game. Not sure what happened there but it seems guys with size/girth always give us problems.

Also I will say the steal when tied at the end of the game could have easily been called a foul. We got a gift there my friends.

We switch a lot on screens defensively so rebounding position can be hard. Also, our bigs play for the block and that takes them out of position to rebound according to Lloyd.
