The 11th day of the 11th month is a holy day of remembrance, and should be recognized with a minute of silence at the 11th minute of the 11th hour.

They ought to have a minute of silence at 11:11, then play Taps and maybe the Last Post, then kick-off at 11:15 or 11:20.

Just sayin'

Deion Sanders has done a great job in my opinion and obviously deserves credit but his effect on college football this year overshadows the job Jed Fisch has done at Arizona sadly. This has the appearance of a trap game but with so much attention given to Colorado I could see it being a huge motivator for Arizona. I think a lot of people including myself are getting a little tired of the non stop media love fest with Deion Sanders and Colorado. Granted it's made a lot of money for CU but it's also irritated a lot of people beyond measure.

Just a heads up but I don't think I'll be able to stream the game until near the end of the 1st half. I'll be trapped at work.

Been on the expect to win train but this one worries me. CU absolutely needs it and we have scaled the mountain. Lucy has come in to hold for Charlie and that worries me

I don’t think this team feels they have climbed any mountain yet. Would be shocked if we didn’t play similar to the past few weeks.

CU is capable of putting up points so let’s see if our D can keep it up.

If Colorado wants to go bowling this is a must win for them. They will be motivated. If we lose this game we will be viewed as a flash in the pan. We will be motivated. This game will be decided in the trenches. We have to be able to run the ball.

I don't think our guys will let this get in their heads. They know they have a job to do.

I expect to see a grumpy Deion in a few hours, though probably not as grumpy as we made K last night.

It was the let down performance we all feared. Didn't look sharp most of the afternoon. But never let Colorado get away and get a big lead, kept fighting for 60 minutes, and gutted out one heck of a difficult win on the road. Bear Down!

Can anybody remember the last time we had a basketball/football "double" over a weekend anywhere near as big as this? I'm sure we have, it's just a question of how long ago. I'll exclude anything but the very best ASU football teams on some of those Thanksgiving weekends when Lute won some big hoops game(s) at MSG or wherever. Beating ASU is important, but when they suck, the rest of the country doesn't care. 2012 with the onside kick to beat Nevada in the New Mexico Bowl followed by beating #5 Florida at the buzzer was crazy. But...Nevada and New Mexico Bowl, and Florida Gator basketball in McKale ain't Duke Blue Devil basketball at Cameron Indoor Stadium. (Complete with K, a white-out, and the ref's star treatment to latest designated hero Filipowski for their sports cable channel's programming.) Very sweet. And after all the hype for Coach Prime, that's a pretty noteworthy two-sport deal in the same weekend. It was big for them with their last home game and our recent notoriety, and with a win over us and at WSU, they'd be getting even more mushy media love in some bowl game.

It's a weekend to remember.
