I swear the sports books aren’t watching the games. I never bet against AZ, but Utah hasn’t lost at home this season.

Utah beat BYU by 4, Oregon by 3 and Colorado by 5 at home. We beat them by 19 at McKale. How much is home court worth in CBB? I agree that it'll be a close game but we have a good chance of beating them if we play defense like we did in the 2nd half on Sunday

Given our track record the past few weeks, I’d be pretty surprised to win this game tonight. This is arguably the 2nd best team in the Pac, and they’re playing well. We are not a good road team, and we haven’t won 4 in a row since mid December.

It seems the Cats have not played well in morgues this year (0-3 with less than 5000 fans,1-1 between 5000 and 7500 and 16-1 when over 9000). I expect Utah (and Colorado) to have a full house or close, so I hope that will get the Cats going. I don't think there will be any more crowd-less games this year...

If we can somehow go 2-0 this week, we'll have a pretty firm grip on the Pac title. This is our toughest two game stretch remaining on the schedule.

Back by popular demand, I have a cogent prediction for tonight's game. I believe our road woes continue as we continue to struggle defending the three. Utah shoots well over 50% and makes at least 10 threes. An unexpected Ute has a huge game. Cultists 86 Arizona 77 but Love goes off for 30+. Arizona is way too one dimensional. Very easy to scout. Especially with Bozwell regressing more with each game.

Undoubtedly these next two games will be incredibly tough. Their big man Carlson couldn't hit a shot in Tucson but will at home. Tough matchup for Ballo. If we can contain Madsen (who I think is one of the best if not the best streak 3 shooter in the PAC) and minimize Loverling we will win. If Carlson gets going all bets are off.

If we sweep I think we will win the PAC or after this weekend we could be in 4th.

A guy came over from the bar area and asked guy at counter if they were going to “have the game on with sound”.
The employee responds with “what game?”.
I recall when this town lived and died with Arizona hoops.

Baseline out of bounds defense is still terrible. How many times have they forced a turnover from it? Prob a couple times all year. They get scored on it directly because of the strategy a couple of times every game.

(Just like that we get a turnover from it lmao)
