Looks like Brennan is bringing over some depth from SJSU. I don’t see how this is good for the roster but we will see how it all plays out. As long as he keeps starters from jumping, I think it’ll be ok. Have a few days to see what transpires.

We're not getting many 25 commits and so far the pickups from the portal are underwhelming. Getting a bunch of SJS players may be good for depth but so far this staff isn't looking all that great at recruiting.

I think they are grabbing low hanging fruit while working the hardest on retaining this roster. In that light I think they are shining.

I think once we get past this window they will really hit hard hard on the portal and then on the summer visits from HS kids.

For most of the roster I would agree but the defensive line is another issue......we have been decimated.

By my count we have lost 2 rush ends (both defecting to UW), 2 Defensive tackles (both defecting to Texas), 1 defensive tackle defecting to asu of all places, and we lost 1 DT to graduation. Thats 6 defensive lineman that we have lost out of the rotation.

We most definitely need an infusion of talent in this area.

Agree we need more, just like we could probably use another physical RB. But note that we've added 3: DE Tre Smith from San Jose St, DT Chubba Mae from UC Davis (both potential starters), and fall arrival DT Kevon Darton from Syracuse.

Darton is small but look at his numbers in the ACC. Akina wants to attack and get vertical and these guys fit that scheme

We are doing okay on NIL. Obviously, we can't match Texas. But, if used wisely UA can thrive. Just make sure you go to the games, if you can. And support the program as much as possible.

BTW, the spring scrimmage is sold out and is free to attend. You can probably figure out why this is the case.

If I was an ASU fan, it would be a grim litany of bad news about the latest QB transferring, contempt regarding the previous HC, low prospects for next season, fans nation-wide unimpressed at their stature entering a new league, and no soup for hoops or anything else. Meanwhile, we're coming off a great year, we bounce back strong from a coaching change as a valued member and presumed contender in the new league, we're always better in hoops, and we're rolling in the spring sports. It's got to be tough to see other people happy when you're in mourning.

So much so that TMAC and Fifita had to take out of their pool to give to others so they won’t leave and could possibly sign a RB. Forget about competing. Miami has decent boosters but Cristobal is garbage. That being said, look at who we are getting. Lower tier, mountain west level players. Observe. Don’t use emotions to navigate.I believe the new ADs major mission is revamping the collectives. That is what needs to be done after the damage that Robbins, Heeke, and Fisch have done to the program.
