I know Tarc is one of the best students on the team and has a gf that goes to school here. Could come back.

Isn't Rabb's developement for the NBA of utmost importance? or is maybe i'm off. Being at Arizona and all that entails plus competing with guys like Anderson seems like a no brainer of an opportunity to me...but what do I know?Bosy Billups wrote:Wait, was this supposed to be serious? 40-0 serious?luteformayor2 wrote:PennZona20 wrote:

PJC
York
Smith / Trier
IR / Bash
Zeus
Bench of :

Pitts
Anderson
Kadeem
Dusan
Simon
Comanche (likely RS)
That's a talented team.
That lineup right there is a better, more talented, more athletic, more unstoppable version on the current Kentucky "platoon" thing. That lineup is the most stacked team Arizona has ever had, by far.

Does "Rabb" rhyme with "lob" or "lab"? Walton thinks it's the former.3goggles wrote:What did Walton say about Rabb in the game my son was screaming
Re: let's talk '15
He was talking about Cuonzo and what he did for Tenn but briefly mentioned Rabb since he is looking at both schools.3goggles wrote:What did Walton say about Rabb in the game my son was screaming

Yeah, and called Tenn. a powerhouse.

Re: let's talk '15
based on absolutely nothing but the dumb voices in my head, i wonder if there's any concern over pitts bolting for more PT, given the potential logjam at his position next year
also, assuming that kaleb and brandon are likely gone, i'm really glad that york has stepped up his game lately. our squad will be pretty green next season, and he'll be our "been there, done that, won that" voice of senior leadership

Yes and no. A lot of talent, but a lot of it is green. It's not that the guys can't do it, it's that we need leaders to emerge from that mass of talent.Beachcat97 wrote:Beast mode.Chicat wrote:

Swanigan trimmed his list to seven and we are one of those. MSU has to be the odds-on favorite at this point though.

NorCal boys basketball: Ivan Rabb (30 points, 14 rebounds) leads Bishop O'Dowd past St. Francis
03/13/2015 09:51:51 PM
Rabb had 21 points at halftime and finished with 30 points, 14 rebounds and three blocks before calling it a night with 3:14 to play and his team comfortably ahead.
"On film, he looks dominant," St. Francis guard Curtis Witt said. "But this is the first time I've seen him live. He's in control all the time."

Asian girls everywhere??? Stop it, you're getting me excited! . I had many hit Asian girlfriends at Arizona.....we are fine in that department.Chicat wrote:Asian girls everywhere? Oh wait, that was UCLA.
C'mon down Rabb! If he'd chosen CAL as his first choice, there would be no reason to wait....I'm thinking its between us and UK. I like our chances in that race. Can't wait.

Re: let's talk '15
On TOS someone posted this...
I'm going to say that after talking to Ivan Rabb, I think he will end up @UCBerkeley. Not by any account a done deal... @Cal @JeffFaraudo
I guess he's a local beat writer in NorCal.
I'd LOVE for Rabb to come to Tucson, but if he's going to go to that shit program; so be it. We have plenty of talent here. Still LOVE this kid's game but what can you do. Wish him luck; he'll need it there.

It's a claim by somebody in the media that Cal has leaked Rabb's verbal commitment. I don't know what to say about that media source I've never heard of, but that's the claim.

Re: let's talk '15
The interview on that FM Project site is totally vanilla and the writer keeps saying things like "it seems" and "when you connect the dots" and "just a hunch". So it seems like a whole lot of nothing from an outlet with 1,000 twitter followers trying to make some noise for themselves.

Re: let's talk '15
As much as I'd like to see the collective freak-out, not one prominent CBB writer or outlet has run with this story. So I'm guessing it was all for the clicks tonight. Well played FM Project. You knew everyone was talking college basketball but none was actually being played. So you played everyone.

Unless BAsh is suddenly deciding to come back to go after the Naismith/Wooden sweep in 2016....
...I would imagine Mr. Rabb is in the lobby waiting for the seat to officially become open in 1st class before finalizing his 2015-16 ticket.
