Since it's such a quick turnaround, I think you should allow folks to let their picks ride if they don't have time to come back and give a new pick before tomorrow's games.

Here's how I think we'll do this. You have until the start time of the second round game of your first round pick to make a change. For example: Spiff has Arizona as his first round pick. he has until 2:15 tomorrow to change it to a team that hasn't tipped yet. If he fails to make a change by then Arizona will be his second round pick. Sound good?
