Bear Down Wildcats

We were in London a couple of weeks ago and I gave and received a Bear Down from a guy wearing a UA hat.

Had dinner at my favorite suburban Melbourne Thai restaurant last night.

Guy in another dining party came in with a bottle from a friends winery and that attracted SWMBO's attention. As we were leaving she paused to complement him on his choice and noticed he was wearing a Sedona T-Shirt. Didn't stop to get acquainted beyond an "I'm from Tucson", but does that count as a global Bear Down?

No I thought not.

I got a Bear Down at a bar in the East Village after the Cats game.

I was having a beer with a dude whose dog was sitting on a bar stool. His name was “Stout”. He did try to nick some of his daddy’s Guinness.

Turns out the owner grew up in Tucson in the Foothills. He went to Amphi, back when all the foothills kids went there.

As soon as I sat down at a microbrewery close to my hotel in Philly.

Got a Bear Down from a lady sitting next to me.

I’ve been stuck in Philly since the New Year for work.

FYI, Whiz isn’t the play on a cheesesteak - Cooper Sharp is the flex.

Two days ago everybody in our region, for the very big organization I work for, got an email from our second-in-charge, who will soon be our first-in-charge.

Her email was a reminder that there is zero gambling in our workplace and that we were not to participate in NCAA bracket pools. She finished her email be telling us to enjoy our brackets and signed off with, "Bear Down and Go Arizona.".

I checked her biography and she's a Tucson girl who got her bachelor's and masters at the U of A.

I went ahead and responded personally to her (something that is never done from my level to hers) by typing "Bear Down, Go Cats".

I didnt expect a response but she did and said she was at U of A when we won our last Natty and how fun that was. She signed with her first name. (also a bit unusual at her level)

Cool.

Got a few Bear Downs at the bar, including from this super cute chick who wanted to do a shot with me and knew A TON about our team and basketball in general.

It was about halfway through chatting about how well Tommy game plans against zone defenses this year that I remembered … the wife was sitting right behind me and I should probably introduce them before I got a butter knife stabbed into my spine.

After we took the shot and she said her goodbyes and went back to her table, Femcat announced to everyone we were there with that we were going to have a threesome later. And that’s how I know I married the right woman.

Also got a Forks Up from a chick. Then her friend later came by to see if anyone was single because her Scum Devil friend was looking. I told her “not even with Sparky’s forked penis”.

Wandering around in front of the Edinburgh Castle in Scotland and a lady approaches me and comments on my Arizona jacket. She graduated in the mid 80’s. What was funny was her husband unzipped his jacket and had a mustard stained ASU T-shirt on. We talked for awhile and exchanged Bear Downs when we left.

Haha that’s awesome. We are everywhere (and unfortunately so are the Scummies).

Scummies are the addled remoras latched onto the State of Arizona academics and athletics.

I bet you can get that scummie deported…
