This one looks like a fail across the board - our o-line is getting punished, d-line can’t keep contain or pressure QB, secondary getting shredded.

Expected some drop off with the transfers we lost but damn this is rough.

Maybe we have a chance on offense if JCM can get eligible to give us some more running?

More discipline is needed across the board, penalties killing us too

Can’t imagine a more disappointing group than Patterson, Riley and the rest of the wide outs who could have stepped up and made a huge impact.

Maybe I am not seeing the field but it doesn’t appear they are open at all. At some point Babers needs to answer some questions about that group

Agree - I don’t know how these other guys aren’t getting at least decent looks when it looks like T-Mac is catching every throw in his direction while being doubled

Our TE game is non-existent as well - was hoping for a breakout year for Burnett but not seeing much

You’re right that our personnel was better last year. I just don’t think that our current players are using the correct technique/leverage/strategy and I blame the coaching staff.

Well you hope our media has the balls to ask some tough questions. Babers needs to be on a short leash.

The whole staff needs to figure out the penalty issues as that is on them

Doesn’t get any easier with Utah in two weeks. Of course after that we should battle pretty well until maybe the UCF game and at least the ASSU game is at home

Our defense was gutted by the Fisch desertion and we all knew it (or should have)

This one played out about how I had imagined it would after seeing the NM/NAU games

ASSU has better coaching and a better team than us.

I was mostly OK losing this game because it’s a lot to ask for a win on the road against a higher ranked team. But I didn’t want to look like crap. Not like this. Getting pushed around like a lawnmower. Down 31-7.

Good for us @ KState is likely the most difficult one or two games on the schedule. Looking forward the conference schedule is full of mediocre teams in which we’ll get a fair shot (Refs notwithstanding) to prove we are slightly less mediocre than.

Being ranked was fun while it lasted.

Winners coach to a player’s strengths. They don’t try to make the player adjust to their style or strategy.
