UA was around 250th in 3 point shooting percentage. Even Love is only a 32% shooter

I’m basing it off the quality of play I’ve seen the last few weeks, our offense has not looked great and defense has regressed significantly. Not good indicators of team performance going into NCAA

3-5 over a teams last 8 games does not exactly indicate a powerhouse on the brink of a deep run in the NCAA's.

We have been regressing for over a month now. I also wouldn’t say the wins over Utah and ASU were impressive. Going into the tournament with zero momentum is a real challenge.

The 97 NC team had future NBAers Michael Dickerson (drafted 14th), Mike Bibby (2nd), Jason Terry (10th), Miles Simon (42nd) and AJ Bramlett (39th).

This team the only certain first rounder is Bryant. I imagine Veesaar is a 2nd rounder. Bradley may be playing himself out of the draft. Not much use for a 6'3" SG who can't shoot 3s.

But most of all, that team had the best guard combo in UA history.

The 97 team shot 37% 3PT, this team 31.8%. Which is the same percentage Love has.
