CC: The average NIL for an SEC lineman is around $650,000-700,000. In the Big12 its around $150,000.

I think Bill Nortons leaving had very little to do with feeling "wanted" and everything to do with $$$.

Could be, but the scuttlebutt is that he wanted to stay and the staff didn't try to keep him.

Just speculation, but Johnny Nansen is still coaching for Texas as co-DC. Maybe he is eyeing the head coaching position at Arizona once Brennan gets fired once he gets named as sole DC.
