I had heard he might get involved with some other Tucson sports , not necessarily U of A football.

I was hoping he might be working with a recruit.

Maybe they can work up selling naming rights to Arizona stadium if the bowl game is a success.

The Bowl pays the AD a decent chunk of change to use the stadium.

I didn't know the AD had anything to do with the bowl, unless we are playing there. Maybe I was wrong.

I dont really like the guy, but regardless, my disappointment stemmed from knowing that Badger visited recently and my feeble mind tried to associate Snoop Dogg's Arizona announcement with a potential commitment or something else that might benefit our roster.

SD has a youth league and as he said in the video, he has sent lots his kids to schools and yo the league. Maybe a positive experience allows him to recommend our beloved university more often

The Bowl pays the school for staff and facilities. Last year they payed some AZ players to do odd jobs (NIL).
So there are benefits to U of A.
But I get that everyone was expecting something more directly related to the team.

A loss that was close or even not so close without the complete lack of discipline wouldn't be so bad.There has been no improvement for three games now.

For me it was at about the same time in their tenures. This is around the time during Sumlin's first year that you realized Khalil Tate was never going to play like he did the year before and that the season was washed.

I will start referring to Brennan as Bronto Brennan. Sorry, but he looks like his head is up in a tree chowing instead of watching the game on the field. I even heard a ref say to Bronto.....why the long neck? You can't eat this fake turf my man. So the grounds crew had to fix a few patches of turf between timeouts. Afterward Bronto slinked over to Babar the OC Sloth and asked if he could speed up things because he couldn't eat anymore turf per refs orders. Babar obviously didn't know what the word speed meant so he just kept dialing up the slow stuff till Bronto had to leave at halftime to fill up at The Mall.

I was actually excited for Mackovic, he was COY in 3 different conferences and had a great offensive mind. Also excited for RichRod and Sumlin, since I thought they got raw deals at UM and aTm. But come to find out that Mackovic was a complete asshole, and RichRod and Sumlin only succeeded due to Pat White at WVU and Johnny Football at aTm. RichRod and Sumlin would also rather drink than recruit, and discovered like many coaches do, if you really don't try that hard and get fired, you still make bank.
