My dog literally runs away when I watch Arizona. My wife knows by now, so she just leaves the house for 3 hours.

I find that if I mute the sound of any Arizona game it also mutes my psychosis and its impact on my wife. If we lose an important game, and lose in stunningly stupid fashion, absent the auditory artifact of my trauma, she is less likely to recognize my subsequent fugue state. I hope she appreciates the sacrifices I make for her.

But I have limits. Back in the day when she threw away my original lucky t-shirt because it had a small hole in it: "Baby, I went into the desert and dug one grave. And that's all we're gonna say about it."

Btw, I do deserve some props for the win. I was so sick of our defensive performance I muted the sound on ASUs last 2 possessions.

I really think that had an impact.

I changed my shirt when ASU went ahead in the 2nd half. So if the Cup is doing a tour this winter like the Stanley Cup someone better bring it by my house.

That was just wrong. Whoever decided that doesn't get this rivalry at all.

Even more ridiculous when the mascots were literally punching each others and a ton of players were ejected from each side for fighting at the end of the game.
