I get the sense that Tommy knows Adama needs time and encouragement, and wants him to feel his role deserves recognition. Ky and Veesaar get more mentions, it seems, even though they are brand new to the organization, so keeping Adama's confidence up appears to a CTL priority.

I actually enjoyed how he talked about changing strategies in the second half because of how Arizona was stopping their high ball screen. Gave a ton of props to Vessar.

Houston stopped using their bigs up top and starting ghosting the high ball screens so their guards could get down hill to either get to the rim or kick it out for open 3’s. It also allowed his bigs to get rebounds or taps.

He also mentioned an emphasis on iso matchups as he recruits guys who can create their own shots since defenses are so good these days and gone are the Pete Carill days of scoring off of actions.
