Even if they score 3 tds in the last 5 minutes and win 34-20 they may drop out of the top 10

This is where having ranking exist to start the season messes things up a bit; I'd guess they only fall around five to seven spots. What probably should happen is they are removed from the top 25 entirely. Next weekend they have a game at #14 LSU where they can show they belong back into the top 25 and prove they deserve to be ranked. But we know that isn't how this thing goes...

Basically. If the unranked team Auburn had been playing had been an SEC team, that team would've been vaulted to #10 in the nation even with the loss.

As they are not a SEC team, they will continue to be unranked.

Congratulations on completely freaking out and having a meltdown when I was purely just joking around and kidding and meant absolutely no harm. Count to 10 and calm down. It's going to be ok. Not everyone on the internet is out to get you.

21 years, huh. You had to look that up via google, right. Nobody outside of Shelby County would give a fuck (that's the county Memphis is in, you can google that too, if you want to).

Florida is not in the top 25 so they were able to stay off my radar yesterday, but to continue the SEC's elite weekend Florida at home was able to overcome Eastern Carolina University 31-24 in a game that apparently included a Florida RB doing a throat slit jester after scoring a TD, apparently forgetting for the moment that he is a Florida player and the throat slit gesture was aimed at ECU who at that point should have been beating by about 28-35 points and not just 7.

And just for our own crotch kick from this game, I leave this: Jalen Tabor returned an interception for a score.

Double kick for me. We are good friends with the ECU QB's family. He's from Chandler Hamilton, our kids went to elementary school and played Little League together and we were flipping back and forth between our game and that one.

Damnit Tabor!

Heard Daxx Garmin's name on the radio. Did not know he is on the Maryland roster now. After the starter, Perry Hills, was demoted to third string QB after a woeful performance in a blowout loss to Bowling Green last Saturday, both Rowe and Garmin were moved up a spot. How many schools is this for Garmin?

Maybe a factor?

http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootbal ... r-accident

Four Missouri football players were injured in a car accident in Columbia, Missouri, on Friday afternoon.

The four players were defensive tackle Terry Beckner Jr., wide receiver DeSean Blair, wide receiver Keyon Dilosa and running back Trevon Walters. Blair and Walters were transported to the hospital and treated for "non-life threatening injuries." Beckner and Dilosa were treated at the scene and released.

The accident took place before 4 p.m. local time. Beckner was driving one car with his three teammates as passengers, and the second vehicle in the accident was driven by a woman who was also taken to the hospital and similarly treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The statuses of the four players for Missouri's game against UConn on Saturday have not been determined.

Obviously you can't make exact game to game comparisons.

And Nevada messed around too much. First half should have had a 7 point lead...kick off muff and had the ball at the 30 in the fourth and punted and then killed the clock at the end at the 10 yard line. Left a ton of points out there

ASSu offense vs TAMU:

1st Downs: 19
Total Yards: 291
Passing: 199
Rushing: 92
Turnovers: 2

Nevada offense vs TAMU:

1st Downs: 19
Total Yards: 359
Passing: 206
Rushing: 153
Turnovers: 1

Now I know transitive properties don't apply to sports, but this is fun stuff.

Like you said the transitive property doesn't apply but damn, that is not the area you want to be in if you're ASU.
