Gutty win by the dubs. They will need to play better to get 2 more wins

KD OUCH! I was working in the Black Hills one season and feeling kinda gimpy in the left calf. Finished a move and turned to push off up slope ... POP!!! so loud I heard it before I felt it. Was wearing these bad boys:

They're pretty fat at the top but my calf slapped against the Kevlar like a mallet on a drum head. Black and blue and out for a week but no Achilles tear. KD, peace out brother.

The brass at ESPiN must be distraught that they can’t now spend months spiraling up bullshit rumors on where KD will play next year.

Also Steve Kerr. Already there’s a strong “Why didn’t Kerr put him on a minutes restriction?” vibe rolling across all the morning talking heads bullshit.
As if there weren’t multiple doctors, front office people, and people in Durant’s camp that had to sign off on this, and as if KD wasn’t flat out dancing in the locker room before the game.

How championshipy would the Raptors be without Leonard and Lowry?

As a Spurs fan, losing Leonard leaves a big hole in the "what could have been" heart. Tonight it was Freddy who was ready to ball. All told, I'm happy for Canada.

Klay tore his acl tonight. Crazy bad luck for the dubs. No way the Raptors win tonight if Klay doesn't get injured

Warriors completed the EvCat Family two-fer last night.
We had an ACL tear (daughter) and Achilles tear (mine) in a 5 month period in 2018. Both were at the same PT facility for a while.
I went on to dislocate my shoulder and tear the labrum and glenoid cup less than a year later. Back at the same PT. (all 3 were sports injuries)
So there is something more for the Warriors to shoot for next season.

I remember watching that Livingston injury. The most gruesome sports injuries I've ever seen. The fact that he came back from that and played at such a high level is remarkable.
If anyone should enjoy their retirement, it's that guy.

Is it legit to decide to have three equally favorite NBA teams? I think I’m going with three.
