We'd be killing Oregon if we were half way decent.

Yeah, maybe not. We can't knock down a wide open 3 to save our lives.

I think we are modeling uclas game plan, turn it over, don't score, be down a lot, then come back in the last 3 min.

If you think this is bad just remember that Washington plays a better zone defense than either Baylor or Oregon

Two observations:

1) Miller STILL can't coach against a zone

2) The only way the UA gets into the NCAA dance will be by getting hot 3 days a row in Vegas in March

Not just one bad half, but BOGO free bad halves tonight.

"Off night"...or players just taking a night off?

We got decent looks from 3. Starters made 3-17. That's the entire game. We shoot our average %, we win.

We aren't stacked with penetrators. Smith and Coleman can't finish. BWill can, but he's young. Randolph sort of can, but is easy to shut down bc he never really creates for others.

We might actually be better at shooting 3's than penetrating.

Is it sad about this year's team that--in a conference of unranked teams with UW and UCLA the undefeateds leading the pack--this not only doesn't surprise me, but that I am indifferent whether you're right or not?

Too many nights like these in recent memory, on national TV, which the team looks so at sea on the offensive end of the floor, the non-jaded fans have to change the channel or do something else. I'm becoming numb to this sort of underwhelming, non-standout effort.

Part of how we "do what we do" in a Players' Program, I guess. Gotta take two or three nights like this a season anymore. Just harder to take, even in an off year, in such a weak conference.
