welp, overall, being down 17-13 is pretty damn surprising to me. should be down 17-16 if we could make FGs, but meh that's just us lol.

I'll be really interested if we can keep up this performance in the 2nd half and stay in the game.

Brightwell looks extra fast to me this year, like he found another gear that he didnt have last year.
Did he look this quick last year and I'm just not remembering it? (not that he looked slow last year, but he looks really quick this year when he gets a step/opening).

Also, Gunnell looks real good out there, but I hope we can keep him from taking too many hits.

Also also, I loved how Cunningham stuck his foot down and turned back up field for more yardage a couple times instead of just going out of bounds. It's a small thing, but I love seeing that when a WR chooses to go for more yards than just step out of bounds. Plus he's quick enough to make it work.

Surprised by the performance. Definitely going to have a hard time with no LBs. Grant is going to get wrecked sooner than later. Typically in games like this we crumple in the 3rd quarter. Wonder if anything will be different.
