If Baylor does come back is it the biggest comeback in NCAA tournament history. To make up 25 points in the final 10:08 seems unprecedented.
I do think they likely run out of gas or time though.

UNC has been dribbling into double teams and not passing out of them since the game started, Baylor has just inexplicably not put much pressure on them until Manek got ejected

They can't. UNC had the ball, so Baylor couldn't call timeout. The play moved away from the injured player, so there was no immediate danger of further injury, so the refs had no reason to interrupt play. Can't stop play everytime a player falls down.
