Curious how much of JJ's "something just looked funny" is actual truth or just bs. If that's really the case, you'd think we could see Bannister again, maybe even a couple innings in relief tomorrow. Ginkel threw 3 innings in relief the day before he started at ULL.

If I was Bannister or his parents, I would insist on an MRI. Shoot, JJ should too. I would want a DR's opinion that it's "ALL GOOD" before he throws another ball. Highly unlikely we'll see him tomorrow.

Oh definitely. I'm sure they'll be doing everything they can to ensure that he's ok. I'm just curious about it all. Sounded like Bannister felt fine, just JJ saw something he didn't like.

Are we trying to set a record on the most base running errors in a single tournament?

They should check Salazar's cleats to see if he stepped in some wet cement at some point...

OSU's offense is nothing to be afraid of, but since a bloop and a blast is all it takes, it'd be nice to put another run or two on the board. Our offense needs to get going itself and build some momentum for (hopefully) tomorrow.

What is the rule about runner interference at first base on that call the ref called safe but the announcers said was an out? The first baseman was in the runner's lane.

I thought it was interference too, but the announcers never even mentioned that possibility.

I think game time depends on what happens in the late game today. Iam assuming if TCU closes out the series we will have a night game. Earlier if They have to play another.
Iam thinking we will see a solid outing from Dalbec tomorrow. We definitely will need it. I would imagine Ginkel would be available for a few innings if needed as well. Dalbec was also 0-4 at the plate I think, so he is due.
Bear Down!

Dalbec start with Bannister closing it out. Imagine the look on their faces when they see him come back. Sandbaggin!!

Brian Jeffries said that if the runner doesn't leave the baseline, then it can't be interference.

Need Coastal Carolina to win tonight, and then have them go 16 innings tomorrow with TCU to use up all the pitching.
2-0 CCU already.

The Okies went from never being behind in the post season to an elimination game in the matter of a few hours. Ouch.
I'll put my money on the team that's 5-0 in elimination games tomorrow.

Yep that is absolutely going to be the key to tomorrow. Ginkel will still be available to close out. Gomez and Deason are also decent options (less trustworthy though).
