Okay well in the first round there were 16 3 Star Rates players drafted in the first round and 1 2 Star. I found that very interesting

Re: 3 Star Rating
What was the entire breakdown? I mean how many 5 Star and 4 Star players in the first round?
I feel that when you recruit 4 Star AND 3 star players, you pretty much have your bases covered.
Last years class was underwhelming because IMHO think we loaded up on too many OKG's before possibly higher skilled players had made decisions.
But then again, you run the possibility of some of those higher rated players being "Drama Queens" looking for attention or as Richrod puts it "Turds".

What ? of recruits get 3 stars? I feel like its a disproportionate number.

If there are 5x as many 3* recruits as 4-5*, and equal numbers of each get drafted in the first round, that means a 4-5* recruit has a 5x better chance of developing into a 1st round draft choice than a 3 star recruit.
EDIT: In 2015, Rivals had 36 5* prospects, 354 4* rated prospects, and 1,243 3* rated prospects.
So there are 3.2x as many 3* recruits as there are 4 & 5* combined.
