I went to a small village in Chihuahua, Mexico. In their retirement years my folks have been leading tours to the area and built a small adobe house in this dusty pueblo. I escape to there now and again. Almost no hope of cell/data connectivity...which is actually pretty nice every once in a while...and, free place to stay. Took my girlfriend who has never been out of the country. Wanted to give her an experienc.

Yeah, just about 5000ft. Spent our time at a local hot spring, visited some archaeological sites in the mountains that I've worked on over the years through school and then professionally. Good food too.
