Alsadek is a 6-7, 315, redshirt Senior offensive lineman from San Diego, CA. I count 34 starts for "the big Turk" over the past 3 years (hard to be sure when the football SID team isn't tracking starts), who will be a team leader and one of the best players on the team. Alsadek is one of 3 Wildcats on the Athlon preseason All-Pac-12 team and he will be a key to our run game which may be the team's only strength entering camp. Oh, he also moonlights as a bodyguard.



78 was the total number of tackles for Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles last year which was second on the team behind Paul Magloire Jr.'s 81. Flannigan-Fowles leads all returning players for tackles..

Steve Rivera talks with Alsadek for AST.

“I was playing football as a (high school) freshman and I was thinking it isn’t for me,” he recalled. “I thought I was over it and didn’t want to do it anymore. Then, one coach told me to pretend that (the coach) killed my dog. After that, I finally understood what I had to do. You have to be really mean. I fell in love with being a prick.”
