Re: Sean Miller
They're going to lose guys. They lose their best player, Smith, who's a senior, and I would expect they'll lose at least two from this group: Riley, Bernard, Hill, Singleton. Chris Smith is not their best player, nor do they for sure lose him. The trio of juniors in Tyger, Jaquez and Juzang is goin...

If we end up with these major pieces: Akinjo Kerr Benn Tubelis And then include Terry, Koloko, Brown...that’s top 2 for sure. If we can also get Eason and Tyty....that’s 1st in PAC, top 10 team...Arizona Good. Even with Eason and Tyty, if UCLA returns everyone they would be very hard to beat. If we...

I worry about the size of our guards on the defensive end. I think that limits us somewhat. Top 3 in PAC if we reach our potential. TBH, I don't worry about guard size. I've wondered for the longest time if UNC doesn't intentionally sandbag their players pro prospects. Roy's had a lot of 5 stars stick around, and it doesn't often seem to be for the love of college. Respectfully, I'm not sure the bolded is the case nowadays. Jalen Green and Jonathan Kuminga are likely both top 5 picks and top 10 locks, and both spent this year in the G league. And Nix and Todd, the other 5 star recruits who took that same path are probably not going to be drafted. Definitely n...

You're right. We really don't need him. Only way we really do is if Akinjo leaves. And even then, we still wouldn't as we have enough guards. If Akinjo leaves, then I think the need for Tyty is huge as we will need someone who can create offense. I didn't even consider Akinjo leaving as an option w...

Re: The 2021-2022 Season Thread
What makes Tyty special is that he's very good playing on or off ball. He also really takes pride in playing defense, something our guards struggled with this season. I think really fits with what CSM wants to do and our system. Him as a sixth man or a 2 guard beside Akinjo would be very big for us...

It's okay to be upset with the last three years. I'm a Miller supporter and I'm upset and frustrated. But I'm also practical and see the big picture. If our entire backcourt comes back, I could see some disharmony with the lack of minutes to go around. We have Akinjo (already almost always on the floor), Kerr, Brown, Mathurin, and Terry currently. Add back in Baker with the three freshman. Something has to give.
