Yes it is.

However sometimes they need to communicate that they have both prepackaged sweetened brown flat caffeine flavored water, and actual tea (for the picky folks). Not redundant at all, in my opinion.

We had our carpets pulled and put in all wood floors and they did use a grinder and made sure the floor was level and without cracks. Cant see any evidence of this from 15th floor of Tucson House (Oracle and Drachman). Channel 9 says no fire fighting resources until tomorrow.

Drove up Mt. Lemon yesterday an saw NO evidence of the Molina fire from a few days ago either.
