I've never had a meatloaf I enjoyed. Of course I've only had it a handful of times, as I tend to stay away from it due to my previous experiences.

We had home-made spaghetti and home-made garlic bread tonight and some veggies. Nothing fancy, but it was delicious.

How do you guys grind sirloin? I just buy the sirloin hamburgers from Costco pre-made into patties and flash frozen. They are actually quite tasty. It would appear that those filets are top sirloin. Still wondering about the Costco "fake" Filet Mignon that Merkin mentioned... Please explain. No idea. Looks like a filet mignon, tastes (somewhat) like a filet mignon, it's about 1/5th the price, and looks impressive. Note it just says "filet", which only means it is boneless. No "mignon" anywhere...

I ate at Culvers once.

The taste wasn't too bad, at first. But the amount of grease/butter became overwhelming. Only ate half the burger.

On the positive side, all that grease/butter helped when it came time to expel it.
