Just wondering...do you think the University or ABOR offered Miller a deal: we will stand by you if you sign an affidavit saying your version of events is true and that if proven untrue, you will forfeit any compensation due? If so, that would be a very powerful statement of Miller's innocence.

If they lose to Oregon St., you have to think that RPI is going to take a hit especially with Cal and Stanford coming up (which even if they win won't help them) and everyone else playing in conference tournaments against competition bound to help their RPIs.
