With this team, the only one I can see rising up to the occasion is PJC. Without Trier, I think PJC will do a lot more scoring. I just don't really see anyone on the bench who would/could step it up. So depressing to have only one freshman who is contributing

Whenever I see Trier running point, it always seems the other team traps him when he brings the ball down the court and he has a hard time beating it. He seems to look somewhat panicked.

I am completely flabbergasted that ANYONE would seriously want to consider replacing CSM. Pretty much every other PAC-12 school would love to have our record under CSM. For any team, reaching a FF is a crapshoot, with the single elimination format. I, for one, do not want to see CSM leave Arizona.

I don't see any good defenders among the starters, except maybe Ayton. PJC, Rawle, and Trier all get beat off the dribble consistently and Ristic is too slow-footed. So when one of our top scorers can't score, we are in big trouble. And that player was Alkins in the last two games.
