I like tri-tip and skirt steak even more than rib-eye now. I've also decided that sirloin is way underrated. Such a great flavor. My expensive meat cut snobbery has been a complete waste of my life.
Ribeyes are so marbled even a cav....
Oh never mind.
But it's been years since I bought sirloin.
