Half Bolivian.

I'll admit, my initial vote was against Biel, because her face is nasty, but the more I look at the full body of work, I'm excited for what Welch could do to this tournament

Welch gets huge bonus points for pushing the envelope the was she did in her day with her photoshoots.

Compare her to the swamp monster (one of my favs) Bardot turned into.

My favorite feature on a woman is a flat stomach. I give that to Biel, most of the rest goes to Welch.

Exactly. Judging hotness requires some sophistication and historical perspective. Being able to move beyond your own cultural conditioning in looking at body types and fashions so you can consider the different models of hotness in different eras while still seeing the individual merits. We're considering some women that predate the memories of anyone here.
