Yup. SA, the Aussies and NZ are the next level (though the 'Boks lost to Japan prior. . .).

Wrong, sorry.
The 'next level' above the USA is England, Ireland, France, Scotland, Fiji, Samoa, Japan, and maybe Argentina. Then the level above that is SithEfrika, Wales, and sometimes England.
THEN the level above that is Kiwiland and Oz.

All Blacks beat the Wallabies....RC is probably chapped.
