I guess Arizona had trouble putting Texas Southern away?

I guess the refs didn't do Texas Southern no favors?
Do you get this butthurt about all things in your life this trivial, or just when it comes to the Bill Self Urban Underachievers?
Let's count Arizona and Miller's Final Fours and National titles since 2001 and let's count Kansas and Bill Self Final Fours during that same time period.
You got us there. Plus, Arizona probably suffered a "technical loss" at the hands of Texas Southern (these things are hard to detect), which technically eliminates Arizona while Kansas keeps advancing.

Not sure he gets a free pass for the next 6 years. This year should be Miller's year to show what he can do (talent and experience).

I called his team underachievers. And it was a subtle Big Lebowski reference.

You're terrible at this.

I'm not saying the window won't open again. I'm saying next year is a rebuilding year in the sense that Arizona loses a lot of experienced talent. Scroll back in this same thread to see my post on this exact point.

Yes, we lose a lot of talent is year but next year is more of a 'reloading' vs. 'rebuilding'....We will have young team but with some experience too......Transfers Anderson and Allen (5th year Senior Forward, 4th year Junior Guard) along with Senior York SG , Senior Pitts, Sophomores PJC PG and Dusan Center. Then come the highly rated Recruiting Class (currently top 5 without Rabb, but with him will arguably be #1) and a slight chance of a Senior Tarc.....won't be as inexperienced as some might think,

Not as good as this year BUT, could gel together and be very dangerous comes Tourney Time! Bear Down.

feels good for Arizona to punch their ticket to the s16 again, but i'm still feeling envious of ku's extremely favorable tourney draw. wish we had played a home game against a severely undersized, non-battle tested mid-major like kansas is playing tomorrow. if only our path forward was so easy.

PAC12 schools are 3 for 3 in the S16. One still has a shot. Oh yeah, 7-0 in the tourney.

OkSt, TCU & Iowa St would win it that shit conference. Hell, Kansas would win it by 6 games.

Free-rolls are fun, ay amigo?

Re: Kansas

wsu have already psyched themselves out of this game, plus they are much smaller and less talented and will be playing at a non-neutral site with a very hostile jawhawk crowd.

given all that we've heard about this ku team from enfuegs, there is really no excuse for self and team to win by less than 45 points today. anything short of that would be inexcusable.

so go claim your righteous throne atop -- or perhaps equally level to, because you know, flatlands -- the mighty, mighty state of kansas, jaywalks. the crown of wheat belongs in lawrence!

Technically, every foul against Kansas was a bad call, and every foul called on Wichita St. should have been a flagrant two.
