Post more and more suddenly coincides with the season starting a few weeks ago? Perhaps just a coincidence?

As for traffic, this was thanksgiving weekend, which had previously spurred the great debate on how the tall twin could make it from Westwood to the OC in about 20 minutes. Ah, the good ole' days of goazcats

Jason Kidd reincarnated

for my money, best player in the country -- he would be my first choice of player to add if I was given one.

It's what I've been saying, too. But be careful, 97. You're going to ruffle feathers.

If I could have anyone in the country , especially for this team .... it would be Josh Hart hands down. and it's not that close.

If I could have any frosh it's probably BE Ball, maybe J jackson by end of year.

Ball would be borderline top 5 , def top 10 of guys I would take if starting a team throughout college. I'd take him over Fultz in a heartbeat.

Duke has some frosh that could get in that conversation as soon as they get healthy.

I like Fultz better than most. Washington just has very little going on around him. Dickerson and Dime are ok, but that's it. Ball has the luxury of some guys who can score to help his facilitation.

He's more Harden than Westbrook. Fultz will be a good NBA player. He will probably be one of those good players on a terrible team

Fultz will likely be a better pro but if I could have a player to make Arizona better as a team, I'd lean towards Ball. Then again Fultz would fill a glaring need while short-handed.

Ball is the most valuable player in the country. But yes, Fultz could be the better pro.

Fultz could be a bigger Kyrie. That's how you sell him.

I think he gets a raw deal because he has be the dominator. If he can get into a situation where he has people to share with, you'd see more of his true potential. He has no one worth sharing with at UW.

For all the foaming at the mouth Raftery was doing at how Lonzo played, I thought his ballhandling down the stretch was not great. Box score lists him as having only one turnover, but I swear I saw at least three in the second half.

He is good , but some of his bad shots (and he takes a bunch) go in, and some lead to run outs on other end which doesn't help UCLAs already bad D.

Some of the stuff he does is otherworldly.

He's def in the top tier of the loaded draft along with Josh Jackson, Dennis smith, and Fultz

I think Lauri is right below that tier in the 5-8 area of draft. In any other draft Lauri would be a top 5 pick. If he stayed (I know, I know) we would have 2 of the top 4 picks next year.

After watching Smith last night I might take him over Fultz, probably not because Fultz is a better shooter, but Smith is a super athletic Chris Paul imo. He single handedly took over that Duke game.

Yeah u definitely would add a true PG to our team. The only argument is which kind of Pg u prefer. Can't go wrong w Ball though, he's a once every 10 years game changer at pg.

That's a different question than best player in the country this year.

Guys like Swanigan and Hart have dominated all year, but we are good at the 2/3/4. I tend to agree if I could add one player to THIS YEARS SQUAD AT UA, it would be Ball.

As Space said, Fultz plays with dog shit. Think there is a far different tune if you swap Ball and Fultz. You can give Fultz the Lebron on the Cavs his first go round treatment, you cant do that to Ball. No disrespect to Ball, he is still one of the best college point guards I have ever seen.

You put Lonzo on Washington and they have a better record than they do now. He's had great stats, but hasn't had a game where you could say he put the team on his back and willed them to win. He doesn't make them better.

Last year UCLA played Arizona in Westwood and it was a 7pm start. I got from Hermosa to Westwood in 25 minutes by just avoiding the 405. The traffic excuses are lame.

I would explain the route but then I would just sound like the SNL "Californians" skit (Vista Del Mar to Culver, take Culver to sepelvuda, etc.) But in short, in 9 years of living in LA I've learned that anyone who tries the 405 during rush hour is amateur hour.

I love how la breaks the waze app because you really have to know the nuances to get anywhere.

I'll save my waze rant for another day, it for people who really know what they are doing and how to drive it's a dump app. The best only thing it's good for us to tell me what not to do since all the other lemmings are taking the current "quickest" route.

He is amazing. So much so that the Jason Kidd comps sell him short. He can shoot unlike Kidd coming out of college and is even more creative as a playmaker. He should be a lock for number 1 overall. The idea of Fulz going above him is lunacy IMO.

I've been following college basketball since 1988 and I can't think of a better 19 year old point guard.

It will be Interesting to see a non-laker team draft Ball and hold his draft rights for 4 years. I wonder how quick dad's declaration will change.
