We struggled to beat UTSA, but at least we won our game. Lots of other PAC teams couldn't come out with wins. 'Rado got beat at Hawaii. UW couldn't come back against a mediocre Boise team in an absolutely putrid game. WSU lost to Portland State at home, which is insanely sad, and even WORSE than Colorado's loss. Stanford looked like crap against NW and ended up getting beat straight up. And finally, ASU lost in the PAC/SEC showdown. Rough week for the conference, but we came out with a win. Couple that with Scooby not being out all year (knock on wood), and I'm feeling pretty good right now.

You left out Utah kicking Michigan's ass? Isn't that a PAC12 plus?

Eastern Washington has shredded Pac-12 defenses three straight times, the last without Vernon Adams. Point totals: 49, 52, 42. Insane total yardage. All games on the road. Don't see a Pac-12 offense, other than Oregon's, that could do that.

Would love to have WR Cooper Kupp in Tucson. It's not too late!

Beau Baldwin should be making the big bucks really soon, even if only as an OC.

Hold on just a minute there, buddy. Didn't you know that ASU's 21 point loss is more impressive than UA's 10 point win?!

Meh. Michigan's going to be bad again this year. And it was at home. I was just going through the losses as you'll note. UCLA beat UV at home, but nobody's jumping for joy over that win either. Michigan's similarly bad, but they have a famous name.

Lol, yeah I saw that. You know, on one hand it's stupid when Arizona fans go over to the Inferno to gloat about beating UTSA. On the other hand, it's absurd how ASU fans are building A&M up as potential SEC champs, and arguing that a loss is better than a win. Just so stupid. They all drank the kool-aid too much, and none of them were smart enough to temper their expectations even a tiny bit. It happens every year, so you'd think they'd notice by now.

Utah take the opening drive down field for a TD then get a pick on USU's first possession. Couldn't start any better for them.

I was happy not to go up to Salt Lake this year but it looks like they won't knock off some of the south teams I had hoped.

Not to be outdone by Jacksonville State, Wazzu is showing who the true creators of coug'n it are.

Currently up 20-12 but focusing real hard on choking this one away, especially when that Tago guy apparently only knows how to tackle people by their facemask.

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=coug+it

coug it
Refers to the Washington State University (Cougars) football team:
1. To snatch defeat from the jaws of victory
2. To lose when there is no possible way to do so, and to do it in a particularly spectacular manner
It looked like WSU was going to win the game, but they decided to coug it.

Nice field goal, only fitting to give up a kickoff return as an answer.

Oregon-Michigan State game proving that replay doesn't save officials from their own incompetent selves.

I mean, NCAA might as well junk the whole system if the refs are determined to be wrong. What a terrible spot for Oregon with less than 8 to go.

Only Pac 12 teams that haven't looked shaky at some point already are usc and kinda ucla...although their offense has been just ok against unlv and Usc has played only idaho and Arkansas state at home.

I still dont think USC is the real deal this year. UCLA is terrifying right now though. The thought of entering PAC play in 2 weeks is absolutely frightening. I hope we are ready.
