Why can't they put a ref in the broadcast booth? Every review they call correctly in 20 seconds.

I get why it should be overturned and why it's not a catch, but why is it a penalty? Why can't it just be out of bound, play is nullified?

That's basically what the penalty is. Just a loss of down.

Have the refs been this slow with the whistle all game? And Tate is going to have to learn to not lead with his head so much. He won't last the season doing that.

LOL wow, not even close to targeting. Shouldn't targeting penalties have some element of intent? I mean if it's incidental contact, I would not penalize upon review.
