This is why it was hard to take that talk seriously the players had of how they'll surprise people. No one is surprised by this start.

We scored, that's impressive

The pass protection from the OL looked excellent on that series. SC didn't get much penetration at all.

Gunnell shows more discipline as a QB than Tate ever did.

Attendance in the stands looks higher than last year.

I still don't think that one PI call was a catchable ball. that guy is 6'5" they said, and it was well over his head. But yeah, I expect us to commit a lot of penalties, given everything

After Gunnell threw that interception, he smacked that USC defensive back and completely upended him. Grant's tough!!!

OUr defensive line looks alright. As for LB and secondary... well... you know.

Other than the two penalties the D looked good.

Gunnel is the slowest QB I've ever seen.

Agree which is why we should be in a 4 man front. We have better Dl's than LB's this year.

Its the classic case of a coordinator trying to fit a square peg into a round hole

Our D is playing better than expected
