The offense runs through Zo and that's a good thing. His stats will be insane this year.

The fact that Ristic didn't/couldn't dunk that ball speaks volumes.

NAU went on a 7-0 run to end the half.

No improvement at all from Ristic and PJC. Need them to play better. Not sure they are capable.

I hope you are being sarcastic. The Cats played great until the last few minutes. They definitely had some weaknesses, including Ayton disappearing for stretches. But what is good is it is a game where the game film will show a lot of teachable moments.

Ristic has Zeus's stone hands but lacks his rebounding ability.

Our conditioning/endurance is not yet up to snuff. Offense tires us out, but to be our best we have to perform on D while keeping the O at a high level. It'll come.

Not at all being sarcastic. Giving up lanes all half with multiple second shot opportunities is not being impressive on the end we generally excel at. Granted I know its the first step in a journey but I didn't like our first steps.

On offense, fantastic but its NAU. Not sure our ratio of assists to buckets but I am not sure its at the percentage we would ultimately like.

Not worried but just expected more defensive intensity

Only took about 6 steps on that breakaway (assist by Akot) towards the end of the half. Technical loss.

I like the new NAU logo. Miles ahead of the old Lumberjack caricature.

There is still a lot of time left. It's been a fast paced game overall. NAU will likely wear down. It's also an early game. These type of games are meant to be a teaching tool. That has been accomplished.

Ayton and Dusan combined for 39 and 22. That's what you call a good sign.

Zo looks like the first team AA he's billed as.

NAU obviously is NAU but 101 without 4 rotation players still makes me happy
