Heeke and Robbins

Mods, remove this if you think it is not appropriate.

Can someone post the email addresses of Heeke and Robbins? I think we should all email them to show out support for Miller.\

I think the ABOR is more important right now. Not sure about the other members but I have completely confidence in Bill. But these emails will certainly help Miller and Heeke and Robbins make their case to the ABOR so keep them coming.

My email to Dave Heeke:
Hello Mr. Heeke,

I know you've probably received a ton of correspondence over the past few days, and that I'm just one voice in the wilderness of Arizona alumni and fans, but I was moved to write to you because I firmly believe that our university cannot part ways with a coach of the caliber of Sean Miller based on a very sloppy report that has had zero follow-up and no substantiation.

As I'm sure you've seen, the timing of when this alleged recording was made is suspect at best, and in no way reflects a logical timeline. Also, the report by Mark Schlabach only indicates he spoke to sources familiar with the investigation. It's obvious he's never heard any tapes nor seen any transcripts. He seems to have simply taken the word of a source that this tape exists and that it says what he wrote it says.

There has been absolutely no follow up to that article, no indication from the documents cited in the Yahoo article that this might exist or that Sean Miller or Deandre Ayton are involved, and no proof from Mark Schlabach that he wrote the piece based on anything other than hearsay from a party with a vested interest in muddying the waters in order to sully the good name of our coach and program. In fact, Mark Schlabach has disappeared from social media and refuses to defend his article by even providing some context as far as how many people he spoke to or his confidence in them as sources.

I encourage you and those involved in these decisions to take a good long look at what is missing from that article. If you do, I think you'll come to the same conclusion that hundreds if not thousands of Cat fans have come to, which is that firing Sean Miller based on the flimsiest of evidence is a move that is antithetical to fairness and the ideals our university stands for.

I certainly don't envy you, as you've been placed in tough situation after tough situation. But so far you've impressed all of us with how you handled the issues in the football program and how you went about cleaning them up. Please continue to justify the faith we've placed in you to lead our university's athletics and give Sean Miller the benefit of the doubt. Based on what we know so far, that's the only decision that is fair and makes any sense. Thank you for listening.

Love it. Mine was very similar. Highlighted the inconsistencies and how I feel bad for the situation he has been placed in.

I can guarantee you he does read it, just dont know if he will before the ABOR meeting. Someone on his team may though.

My thought is his email inbox has to be something like this right now.

As long as he is seeing the majority are an influx of support for Miller, then it is working.

I have emailed him a few times. Once in the football search. Every time someone from his team reached out to me within a few days and he did personally a little bit after.

Now I agree this is probably way more crazy than even the football search so it may take longer and longer but I would bet a lot of money that Heeke eventually reads every single email he gets.

And agree with BTFD. he is proabbly right now just tallying how many support emails come in for his notes and will read them all later

I think for now, make sure the subject line is clear that you support Miller. They probably can't get to the emails very quickly but someone would notice that.
