Do you think WSU is good enough to challenge UK?
They would keep it close the first half, but UK has too much size across the board for WSU to truly hang for 40 mins. It would take a stellar shooting performance from 3 to negate that size advantage.

I think Ole Miss is good enough to challenge Kentucky on their own home court, and Wichita State is certainly more dangerous for Kentucky than Ole Miss because of their defense and guard play, especially if VanFleet, Baker, and Wessel can get going from outside. But I think Kentucky beats Wichita State by 10 points because the Wildcats will be too difficult for the Shockers on the glass and trying to score in the paint against Kentucky's defense. Wichita State isn't a great rebounding team.

I agree that the shockers are too small on the glass and that Kentucky might wear them down but I think the fact that Kentucky stole the shockers magical season last year will provide a tremendous amount of motivation and effort from Wichita St.

I think this game will be much closer thanthe experts think.

My mind's eye tells me Wichita State will be motivated and shoot hot early, keep the game close and probably even hold a small lead with about five minutes left.. Get everyones hopes up and then Kentucky will wear them down, be the ones that come up with the big stops and end up with a 7-9 point win.

Cats by 5 to 8 points.
I was right for once.

Can we slow down Kaminsky and Dekker?

Me neither. ND is a very good offensive team. It'll be a tougher challenge than UK had today.
